Fantastic hotel. Lots of extras, great breakfast buffet and even afternoon tea and happy hour with food, it was like a cruise ship! Lobby was grand and staff were extremely nice. Good location, easy to access subway and their private park was very nice.

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent location in the heart of Shanghai; within easy walking distance to most tourist spots. Lots of good nearby restaurants and shops. Staff was helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad, lots of options.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times and had many different room typs. I choose this hotel for 2 reasons , location and GYM best GYM in town, in fact they have 2 main and small one, plenty on different equipment only posted one photo but they have a huge variety. Overall I found the associates of the hotel very friendly, also FO and Executive Lounge associates speak good English.

Perfect location to be at the bund in a 5 minute walk and very clean. Really comfortable bed and dark curtains to help you sleep in. Very helpful women at the front desk.
